أصدرت لجان مقاومة الثورة بالحارة الثامنة في مدينة أم درمان بياناً شديد اللهجة، استنكرت فيه ما وصفته بـ انتهاكات قوات الطواف المشترك، متهمة عناصرها بممارسة أعمال ترهيب ونهب ضد المواطنين وأصحاب المحال التجارية في محيط مستشفى النو التعليمي.
اتهامات مباشرة لقوات الطواف المشترك
وأشارت اللجان في بيانها، الصادر يوم الأربعاء، إلى أن القوة الأمنية المكلفة ببسط النظام في المنطقة تورطت في نهب عدد من الأكشاك التجارية، وتوجيه اتهامات “باطلة” ضد سكان الحارة الثامنة، معتبرة أن هذه التصرفات تتناقض مع مهامها الأساسية في حماية الأهالي ومكافحة عصابات النهب.
“سلوك أقرب للعصابات”
البيان أوضح أن العناصر الأمنية المتمركزة أمام بوابة مستشفى النو، والآتية من خارج الحي، تقوم بعمليات ترهيب للمواطنين ونهب ممتلكاتهم، الأمر الذي تسبب في حالة من الذعر وعدم الأمان وسط السكان. واعتبرت اللجان أن هذه الممارسات لا تمت بصلة للانضباط العسكري أو المهنية، بل تعكس سلوكاً يشبه العصابات الخارجة عن القانون.
انتهاك صارخ للقانون
وشددت لجان المقاومة على أن ما يحدث يمثل انتهاكاً واضحاً للقانون والأعراف العسكرية، ووصفتها بأنها أعمال “بربرية” لا يمكن تبريرها، مؤكدة أن كرامة المواطن السوداني وسلامته خطوط حمراء لا يجوز المساس بها تحت أي ذريعة.
دعوة لوقف التجاوزات
واختتمت اللجان بيانها بالتأكيد على أن قوات الطواف المشترك، التي وصفتها بـ “المنفلتة”، تفتقر إلى أي رادع أخلاقي أو التزام مهني، محذرة من أن استمرار هذه الممارسات يقوض ثقة المواطنين في الأجهزة الأمنية ويزيد من الاحتقان الشعبي في أم درمان.

The Block 8 Resistance Committees in Omdurman issued a strongly worded statement condemning what they described as violations committed by the Joint Patrol Forces, accusing their members of carrying out acts of intimidation and looting against citizens and shop owners in the vicinity of Al-Nau Teaching Hospital.

In their statement issued on Wednesday, the committees indicated that the security force assigned to impose order in the area was involved in looting several commercial kiosks and leveling “false” accusations against residents of Block 8, considering these actions contradictory to their main mission of protecting the population and combating looting gangs.
“Behavior closer to gangs”
The statement clarified that the security personnel stationed outside Al-Nau Hospital’s gate, who came from outside the neighborhood, have been intimidating citizens and looting their property, creating an atmosphere of fear and insecurity among residents. The committees considered these practices far removed from military discipline or professionalism, instead reflecting behavior resembling outlaw gangs.
A blatant violation of the law
The Resistance Committees stressed that what is happening constitutes a clear violation of the law and military norms, describing the actions as “barbaric” and unjustifiable. They affirmed that the dignity and safety of Sudanese citizens are red lines that cannot be crossed under any pretext.
Call to stop the abuses
The committees concluded their statement by asserting that the Joint Patrol Forces, which they described as “uncontrolled,” lack any moral deterrent or professional commitment. They warned that the continuation of these practices undermines citizens’ trust in security forces and fuels public tension in Omdurman.
