قمة ايغاد ويتحدث عن أيام حسوماً
قال مني أركو مناوي حاكم إقليم دارفور، إنه من خلال متابعاته للدور الافريقي في الاحداث التي تعانيها، يغيب دائما في بدايات ماراثون ، ليظهر ظهور الكبار في نهايات الامر ويأتي بحلول ربما لا ترضي الجميع ولكنها هي أيام حسوماً.
Minni Arko Minawi, Governor of the Darfur region, said that through his monitoring of the African role in the events that are affecting him, he always disappears at the beginning of the marathon, only for the adults to appear at the end of the matter and come with solutions that may not satisfy everyone, but these are the days of decisiveness.
وأضاف “في ازمة دارفور عندما قامت افريقيا وقالت كلمتها تحالفت معها أمريكا والاتحاد الأوروبي وقفوا جنبا الي جنب ليدفعوا حكومة السودان والحكومات التي تحالفت معها في قتل أبناء دارفور لتكون إنجمينا عاصمة تشاد صاحبة الحظ في استضافة المفاوضات حتى توصلنا الى اتفاق لوقف اطلاق النار والقضايا الإنسانية في ابريل 2004 وكانت هذه الاتفاقية بداية للوقوف مع الازمة حتى انهت المفاوضات في ابوجا 2006.
He added, “In the Darfur crisis, when Africa rose and said its word, America and the European Union allied with it. They stood side by side to push the government of Sudan and the governments that allied with it to kill the people of Darfur, so that N’Djamena, the capital of Chad, was lucky to host the negotiations until we reached an agreement on a ceasefire and humanitarian issues in April.” 2004 This agreement was the beginning of the crisis until negotiations ended in Abuja 2006.
وتابع “اتفاق جامينا كان بمثابة طريق لدخول قوات افريقية، ودخول منظمات اغاثية لإنقاذ حياة الملايين من الذين شردتهم حكومتهم آنذاك يمختلف الياتها العسكرية والميليشية وحرمانهم من ممارسة حقوقهم الحياتية.
He continued, “The Jamena Agreement was a path for the entry of African forces and the entry of relief organizations to save the lives of millions who were displaced by their government at the time, with its various military and militia mechanisms, depriving them of the exercise of their life rights.”
