الرئيس الصومالي يحذر البرهان وحميدتي من انقسامات داخل الجيش والدعم السريع
قال رئيس جمهورية الصومال الفيدرالية حسن شيخ محمود، إن وحدة وسيادة السودان يجب الحفاظ عليها، يجب أن يجلسا سوياً ويتحدثا عن مصلحة السودان.
ووجه رسالة إلى البرهان وحميدتي، وقال: يجب عليكما أن توقفا هذا الأمر ولكن للأسف هم لا يقومون بذلك”
وتابع “نحن تحدثنا معهما وقلنا لهم يجب أن تجلسا مع بعضكما، قالوا لنا أنهما موافقان ودون شروط، لكن عندما يأتي الأمر إلى الواقع، كل منهما يأتي بشرط جديد وهذا واقع الحال”.
وأبدى أسفه لما يحدث في السودان، وقال إنه حاول خلال قمة الإيقاد إلا ان الأمر لم ينجح.
وأشار إلى انه لا يبدو أن كلا الطرفين في السودان يتقبلون مواقف بعضهما البعض وأنه يمكنهما الاتفاق.
وأضاف “من واقع تجربتنا في الصومال، هنا الان قوتين في السودان الجيش السوداني و الدعم السريع، إذن هم فصيلين فقط، ولكن لا أظن أنهما سيبقيان فصيلين، في الغد سيقسمون إلى أطراف أخرى.
ونوه في تصريحات صحفية إلى أن الجيش سيقسم لعدة فصائل والدعم السريع، هذه طبيعة وأبعاد الحرب الأهلية، وتابع “علينا أن نوقف هذا الأمر الان، لقد كنا في الصومال طرفين في بداية التسعينيات وانتهينا إلى خمسين طرف”.
The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, said that the unity and sovereignty of Sudan must be preserved. They must sit together and talk about Sudan’s interest.
He sent a message to Al-Burhan and Hemedti, and said: You must stop this matter, but unfortunately they are not doing so.”
He continued, “We spoke with them and told them that you must sit together. They told us that they agreed without conditions, but when the matter comes to reality, each of them comes with a new condition, and this is the reality of the situation.”
He expressed his regret for what is happening in Sudan, and said that he tried during the IGAD summit, but it did not succeed.
He pointed out that it does not seem that both parties in Sudan accept each other’s positions and that they can agree.
He added, “From our experience in Somalia, there are now two forces in Sudan, the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support. So they are only two factions, but I do not think they will remain two factions. Tomorrow they will be divided into other parties.”
He noted in press statements that the army will be divided into several factions and the Rapid Support. This is the nature and dimensions of the civil war. He continued, “We have to stop this matter now. We were in Somalia in two parties at the beginning of the nineties, and we ended up with fifty parties.”
