أصدر الفريق أول ركن عبد الفتاح البرهان، القائد العام لقوات الشعب المسلحة، قراراً قضى بتعيين الأستاذ صلاح الدين موسى محمد سليمان، القامة الفنية السامقة، والخبير الوطني في مجال التأمين، عضواً منتدباً لشركة شيكان للتأمين وإعادة التأمين المحدودة، ويأتي القرار في ظرف بالغ التعقيد تمر به البلاد وسوق التأمين السوداني الذي تنتظره تحديات مهولة بسبب الهدر العام والمُتعمِّد لمقدرات وممتلكات وأصول المواطنين والدولة على السواء.

ويُعد صلاح الدين ضمن نخبة وطنية وازنة تسعى منذ اشتعال الحرب في التماس الحلول وإيجاد أفق تأميني للأخطار المحدقة بالأنشطة الاقتصادية أوان الحرب، وتمكن رفقة أمانة الاتحاد العالمي لشركات التكافل والتأمين الإسلامي الذي يشغل نائب رئيسه المنتدب في عقد ورشة مُتخصِّصة تبحث في آثار الحرب على سوق التأمين.
Salah El-Din is considered to be among a balanced national elite that, since the outbreak of the war, has sought solutions and an insurance horizon for the dangers threatening economic activities in times of war.
