Twenty-six minutes after law enforcement took the second photo of Crooks and received the information, shots were fired from the roof of the American Glass Research building. Seconds later, a Secret Service sniper returned fire, killing Crooks.
On Saturday, a 20-year-old man carrying a .15-caliber rifle shot Trump from the roof of a building.
Trump, 78, had just begun his speech at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, when gunfire rang out, hitting his right ear and blood staining his face.
Trump’s campaign later said he was “fine” and appeared to have suffered no serious injuries other than a cut to the top of his right ear.
