متابعات : سودان لايف نيوز – نقلت صحيفة الشعب، معلومات خطيرة بشأن تعرض الحكومة السودانية لأكبر عملية احتيال يقف وراءها رجال أعمال.
وتعود التفاصيل إلى أن عدداً من رجال الأعمال يعملون في مجال استيراد وتوزيع المواد البترولية والغاز تمكنوا من خداع وزارة الطاقة والنفط بهدف احتكار تجارة المواد البترولية خلافا لسياسة الحكومة الرامية الى فتح التنافس لأجل تقليل التكلفة على المواطن.
Al-Shaab newspaper reported alarming information about the Sudanese government being the target of a major fraud perpetrated by businessmen.
The details relate to the fact that a number of businessmen working in the import and distribution of petroleum and gas products managed to deceive the Ministry of Energy and Oil with the aim of monopolizing the petroleum trade, contrary to the government’s policy of opening up competition to reduce costs for citizens.
وقام رجال الأعمال بتحرير خطاب والهدف منه إعادة احتكار تجارة المواد البترولية وخدعوا الوزارة بإبلاغها الاتفاق فيما بينهم – كرجال اعمال” على آلية عمليات الاستيراد للمنتجات البترولية.
وحوى الخطاب المضلل أسماء شركات متخصصة في توزيع المواد البترولية ولا تعمل في مجال الاستيراد وأسماء شركات تكاد تكون خرجت من السوق وأخرى لم تنفذ عمليات استيراد منذ فترة.
The businessmen wrote a letter aiming to re-monopolize the petroleum trade. They deceived the ministry by informing it of an agreement among themselves—as businessmen—on the mechanism for importing petroleum products.
The misleading letter included the names of companies specializing in the distribution of petroleum products but not engaged in imports, the names of companies that had almost disappeared from the market, and others that had not carried out import operations for some time.
وتمكن رجال الأعمال من الخطوة من السيطرة على حركة المواد البترولية بكل انحاء البلاد لفترة ربع عام في صفقة تبلغ عشرات الملايين من الدولارات.
وكذلك تمكنت المجموعة التي انتحلت صفة شركات لاعلم لها بالتفاهم الذي تم مع الوزارة من احكام قبضتها على سوق البترول والغاز.
The businessmen were able to seize control of petroleum products throughout the country for a quarter of a year in a deal worth tens of millions of dollars.
The group, which impersonated companies unaware of the agreement reached with the ministry, also tightened its grip on the oil and gas market.
