يشهد الجنيه السوداني تدهورا متسارعا في قيمته مقابل العملات الأجنبية في السوق الموازي، حيث اقترب سعر الدولار الأمريكي من 900 جنيها، وهو مستوى تاريخي منخفض للعملة السودانية.
وبحسب مصدر مصرفي لموقع أخبار السودان، فإن سعر الدولار استقر نسبيا عند 840 جنيها للشراء و850 جنيها للبيع في السوق السوداء اليوم الخميس ، بعد أن شهد ارتفاعا كبيرا يوم أمس. وأضاف المصدر أن الريال السعودي ظل عند 222 جنيها دون تغير.
وفي المقابل، ارتفع سعر الدولار في بعض المصارف الحكومية بشكل طفيف، حيث بلغ 643 جنيها في بنك الخرطوم و700 جنيه في بنك أم درمان و667 جنيها في بنك فيصل. وتأتي هذه الأسعار في ظل أزمة اقتصادية خانقة تعصف بالبلاد، وتتمثل في نقص حاد في العملة الصعبة وارتفاع مستمر في معدلات التضخم والفقر.
A bank rise in the price of the dollar
The Sudanese pound is witnessing a rapid deterioration in its value against foreign currencies in the parallel market, as the price of the US dollar approached 900 pounds, which is a historic low level for the Sudanese currency.
According to a banking source for the Sudan News website, the price of the dollar was relatively stable at 840 pounds for purchase and 850 pounds for sale on the black market today, Thursday, after witnessing a significant rise yesterday. The source added that the Saudi riyal remained at 222 pounds without change.
On the other hand, the price of the dollar rose slightly in some government banks, reaching 643 pounds in the Bank of Khartoum, 700 pounds in the Omdurman Bank, and 667 pounds in the Faisal Bank. These prices come in light of a stifling economic crisis ravaging the country, represented by a severe shortage of hard currency and a continuous rise in inflation and poverty rates.
