تجمع رؤساء الجامعات يرد على قرار استئناف الدراسة في السودان

رفض تجمع رؤساء مجالس الجامعات الحكومية قرار مجلس الوزراء ووزارة التعليم العالي القاضي باستئناف الدراسة في الولايات الآمنة في موعد أقصاه نهاية اكتوبر الجاري.
وبرر التجمع رفضه بأن الجهات التي أصدرت قرار استئناف الدراسة بالجامعات تفتقد الشرعية ولا تملك السلطة اللازمة لإصدار القرار. وطالب في بيان ،ضرورة المحافظة على مسار التعليم في كل مراحله رغم الظروف الصعبة التي تمر بها البلاد
The Assembly of Presidents of Public University Councils rejected the decision of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Higher Education to resume studies in safe states no later than the end of this October.
The group justified its refusal by saying that the authorities that issued the decision to resume studies in universities lack legitimacy and do not have the necessary authority to issue the decision. وذكر البيان أن قرار استئناف الدراسة صدر من “وزارة التعليم العالي” بناءً على قرار ما تمت تسميته “مجلس الوزراء المكلف” والذي انبنى بدوره على توجيهات “مجلس السيادة” وتابع: كل هذه الجهات تفتقد إلى الشرعية ولا تملك أية سلطات لإصدار مثل هذه القرارات.
وقال أن الحل الحقيقي والعملي لمواصلة مسار التعليم هو الوقف الفوري والتام لهذه الحرب اللعينة العبثية التي دمرت كل أوجه الحياة في البلاد، وشردت اكثر من سبعة مليون سوداني داخل وخارج البلاد، ويقيم معظمهم في هذه المدارس والجامعات التي أصبحت الملاذ الآمن والسقف الوحيد لهم.
The statement stated that the decision to resume studies was issued by the “Ministry of Higher Education” based on the decision of what was called the “Designated Council of Ministers,” which in turn was based on the directives of the “Sovereignty Council.” It continued: All of these bodies lack legitimacy and do not have any authority to issue such decisions.
He said that the real and practical solution to continue the path of education is to immediately and completely stop this absurd, accursed war that has destroyed all aspects of life in the country and displaced more than seven million Sudanese inside and outside the country, most of whom reside in these schools and universities that have become a safe haven and their only roof.
وأضاف “ان الجهات التي اصدرت القرار لا دراية لها بالظروف الصعبة التي تمر بها الجامعات والمدارس وأساتذتها وموظفوها وعمالها الذين ظلوا بلا مرتبات منذ بداية الحرب، ولا دراية لهم بالظروف التي تعيشها الأسر السودانية التي سيستوجب عليها دفع تلك الرسوم الباهظة التي فرضتها إدارة الجامعات دون موافقة أو استشارة مجالسها”.
وقال ان قرار فتح الجامعات هو إصرار مجموعة انقلاب 25 اكتوبر 2021 على مواصلة هدم استقلال الجامعات والمعاهد العليا وتجاهل مؤسساتها والتعامل معها كمدارس ابتدائية.
وشدد على ان مجالس الجامعات وإداراتها وتجمعات أساتذتها هي الجهات الوحيدة المخولة والمؤهلة لاتخاذ مثل هذه القرارات، التي يجب أن لا تخضع لمحاولات التكسب السياسي الرخيص بأي حال من الأحوال.
He added, “The authorities that issued the decision have no knowledge of the difficult circumstances that universities and schools, their professors, employees, and workers are going through who have been without salaries since the beginning of the war, and they have no knowledge of the conditions experienced by Sudanese families who will have to pay those exorbitant fees imposed by the university administration without approval or approval.” Consult its councils.”
He said that the decision to open universities is the insistence of the October 25, 2021 coup group to continue demolishing the independence of universities and higher institutes, ignoring their institutions, and treating them as primary schools.
He stressed that university councils, administrations, and professors’ associations are the only bodies authorized and qualified to make such decisions, and that they must not be subject to attempts at cheap political gain in any way.
